Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.; Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, and fair employment practices.; Drive profitability through management of food costs, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
