Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as a model example of work ethic, safety, and professionalism to coworkers.
• Able to supervise and support a large team of drivers while reinforcing a positive culture
• Check with drivers to ensure lunch compliance is being applicable
• Develop a team of dispatch professionals who are able to prepare and support installation needs
• Able to troubleshoot and communicate to event coordinators and internal clients effectively in a fast pace environment
• Samsara and DOT compliance analyst
• Able to resolve occasional service breakdowns or staff shortages to ensure client's needs are met
• Oversees and evaluates all activities of the day as it progresses to proactively assess on-time arrival
• Work with Dispatch immediately upon becoming aware of any delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations.
• Provides a customer service approach to communication and interactions with sales people, clients, and coworkers, to ensure professional and quality representation of Town & Country Event Rentals.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries while performing heavy lifting and operating equipment. This includes using required safety gear (PPE's) and handling machines and moving parts with caution.
• Ensures compliance with applicable OSHA, federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards while on duty, and if operating heavy equipment.
• Advocates and develops a team that adheres to all Safety regulations, Safety First!
• Overtime will be required to be worked during the busy season and must be approved by your manager prior to being worked.
