On the job, as a Boutique Security Officer at Metro One Security, stationed at South Coast Plaza, you are more than security you are the first and last impression of the brand.

You will:

• Maintain a professional standing post inside a luxury designer boutique
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador, representing both Metro One and the retailer
• Welcome every guest with confidence and courtesy upon entry and exit
• Deliver elevated customer service with attentiveness and poise
• Build positive relationships with store associates and management
• Conduct accurate product counts and monitor merchandise presentations
• Complete detailed daily activity reports
• Log deliveries and vendor visits in real time
• Follow all security protocols while working collaboratively with boutique leadership

This role blends hospitality, awareness, and security into one refined position.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active California Guard Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Stable work history
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
