In the position of Inventory Control Coordinator, you will accurately process, input, and maintain control of all inventory material activity at remote plants and warehouses.

The impact you'll make:

  • Identify and research inventory discrepancies and correct errors in the SAP system in real time.
  • Assist and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, and Billing Departments with inventory related issues.
  • Resolve inventory issues and make corrections in a timely manner.
  • Ensure remote plants report accurate counts at month-end.
  • Study receipts, sale order shipments, and postings to ensure seamless and accurate flow of product.
  • Consistently provide timely and accurate inventory information and counts to the Inventory Control Lead as needed.
  • Assist Inventory Control Lead with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies at month and quarter end.
  • Participate in random cycle counts, physical audits, and perform full physical counts if needed.
  • Performs other inventory related duties as required.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration or related field of study, or combination of work experience
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory related field
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in basic accounting
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient skill and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated experience with SAP Material Management Module
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Able to travel to conduct physical counts when needed.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated yearly hourly rate of $19.00 to $24.00. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
