About UsCrown Valley Imaging is an established outpatient diagnostic imaging center serving South Orange County. We provide MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and DEXA bone density services across our Mission Viejo and Newport Beach locations. Our team is small, fast-paced, and patient-focused.What You'll DoGreet and check in patients, verify demographics, and collect copays at time of serviceAnswer phones, schedule and confirm imaging appointments across multiple modalities (MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, DEXA)Verify insurance information and collect copies of insurance cards and physician ordersProvide patients with exam prep instructions (fasting requirements, contrast prep, MRI safety screening questions)Coordinate with our authorization team to confirm coverage before appointmentsManage appointment reminders, reschedules, and cancellationsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front officeHandle incoming faxes, scan documents, and support medical records requests as neededWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience in a medical office front desk or patient-facing role (required)Experience with a radiology information system (RIS) or electronic medical records (EMR) system (preferred)Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls with a positive attitudeComfortable multitasking in a busy clinical environmentReliable, punctual, and professionalSchedule & BenefitsFull-time, Monday through FridayLocation: Mission Viejo, CA (on-site, not remote)Competitive hourly pay: $20$25/hr depending on experienceHow to ApplySubmit your resume through Indeed.
