Data Architect

Insight Global is seeking a hands-on Data Architect to lead the migration from WhereScape to Coalesce and architect scalable data models and pipelines on Snowflake. This role blends architecture, development, and modernization strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration and implementation of Coalesce, replacing legacy WhereScape workflows.
• Design and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and transformation layers.
• Build and maintain ELT frameworks using Coalesce and custom Python components.
• Establish data architecture standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
• Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable, high-quality pipeline delivery.
• Provide hands-on development, code reviews, and technical guidance throughout the migration.
