Responsibilities:
Support with managing the daily needs of the administrative office under company owners and lead case managers.
Support with staff onboarding through mild training, ordering, setting up and managing company electronic distributions ( tablet devices, cell phones and computers) and training accounts (e.g., RBT training portal).
Technology skills are required
Must poses skill to set up tablets, cell phones and computers. To include but not limited to setting up apps, emails on devices, and accounts. Must be able to independently problem solve and find solutions to issues.
Consistency is required
Flexibility is required
Availability and schedule can be flexible but must meet business needs.
