The newly renovated Hilton Anaheim is looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join the team! Our ideal candidate will be experienced in running a high volume F&B operation at a 500-room or more hotel property. We are looking for an engaging leader, who is passionate about developinga team and elevating the guest experience.
An Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for assisting in the direction and organization of activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, coffee shops, etc.) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Wage: $125,000-$145,000 annually depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Prior union management experience
• 5+ years of hotel food and beverage leadership experience
• Experience overseeing multiple outlet
• Previous experience overseeing both hourly team members and manager
