Description:

We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at our client's National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys serving asthe first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors while managing the check-in process

  • Answer, screen, and route internal and external calls

  • Coordinate parking permits, parking enforcement notifications, and EV charging access

  • Ensure visitor badge compliance and follow security procedures

  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism

  • Provide administrative support, assist with special projects, and cross-functional tasks

  • Maintain reports, logs, and utilize internal systems and tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of receptionist or concierge experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
