We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team at our client's National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys serving asthe first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors while managing the check-in process
Answer, screen, and route internal and external calls
Coordinate parking permits, parking enforcement notifications, and EV charging access
Ensure visitor badge compliance and follow security procedures
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
Provide administrative support, assist with special projects, and cross-functional tasks
Maintain reports, logs, and utilize internal systems and tools
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Minimum of 3 years of receptionist or concierge experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
