Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Lead the Store's overall operations to meet company standards and drive sales and profit.; Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and Associates; manage employee relations and retention.; Schedule and manage payroll, staffing, and labor costs to align with budget and business needs.; Ensure compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention, and customer service standards across stockroom, front end, and sales floor.; Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store presentation to maintain an easy-to-shop environment.
