Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Capable of working all stations in the kitchen.

• Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe work environment.

• Communicates information to the Kitchen Lead whenever necessary, ensuringthat information is disseminated through appropriate avenues.

• Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the products that are handled by you.

• Exercises proper clock management.

o Clock in shift

o Clock out 30 min. break

o Clock in break

o Clock out shift

• Ensures equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following preventative maintenance procedures.

• Demonstrates interest and commitment to achieving company objectives in food quality and presentation.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Food Prep

o Requires the use of a digital gram scale

o Deli slicer work

o Knife work

o Cookie dough

o Baking

o Sauce work

• Deep fryer station

o French Fries

• Flat Top station

o Physically demanding

o Smashing burgers

o Griddling hot dogs

o Caramelizing onions

• Assembling

o Dressing and wrapping burgers/hot dogs

o Tray presentation

• Expediting skill set

o Communicating and building multiple orders at a time

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

• High School degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Outstanding communication skills and people skills

• Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment.

• Superb multitasking skills.
