Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and/or camera activity from a dispatch or control center location and communicate security-related information to on-site personnel and/or local contacts.; Receive, prioritize, and document calls for service, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity, then dispatch the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, and relay updates to supervisors, client representatives, and/or responding agencies as needed.; Support government location operations by helping to coordinate routine and critical communications, track the status of assigned personnel, and follow post orders and site-specific policies.
