PIH Health - 12401 Washington Boulevard - Responsibilities: Serve patient meal trays and handle hot and cold entrees, salads, sandwiches, desserts and supplements; Take and log hot and cold food temperatures on trayline, dishmachine, and refrigerator/freezer temps; Load patient trays into meal carts and deliver to nursing station; Perform cleaning tasks including detail cleaning, washing dishes, pots and pans; Comply with HACCP food safety standards
