WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

JOB OVERVIEW

This is an hourly nonexempt position reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in the automotive industry located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with health benefits included, 401K, and more. No experience is needed, we are willing to train.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Listed responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive, process, and stock incoming automotive parts and accessories
• Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping carriers for timely delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with periodic inventory checks
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
• Prior experience in a warehouse or automotive industry is a plus but not required
