About The Role
The Jr Closer is responsible for preparing initial CD, COC, and other data entry points to assist closing team
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Precisely enter all required data
Audit file for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
Prepare Initial CD and ensure state guidelines are met, fees are accurate and fully compliant.
Prepare and release Change of Circumstance disclosures if needed
Post-closing duties include confirming recording/disbursement file, curing post-closing deficiencies, reconciling final settlement statement and preparing post-closing CD, if needed
Regular on-site attendance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Thorough knowledge of TRID and RESPA LE/CD requirements
Strong aptitude for detail, accuracy and organization
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with ease
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Conventional and Government loan experience required
Encompass Experience a plus
High school diploma required
2 years prior experience in TRID and RESPA LE/CD
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective business writing, time management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle detailed assignments
Ability to prioritize workload while meeting deadlines
Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively
