Howmet Aerospace - - Responsibilities: Set up, program, and run CNC machines using provided programs and tool layouts; Select tooling and set up fixtures, adjust for dimensions and tolerances; Read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other precision tools; Run, monitor and troubleshoot equipment in production; inspect first article samples; Complete documentation for each set-up (SPC charts, set-up checklists, first article verification)
