• Patrolling lobbies, corridors, public rooms, andall premises to ensure safety and security.
• Collaborating with management and interviewing guests and employees to gather information and investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, accidents, and other safety-related matters.
• Monitoring public areas to identify unsafe conditions and reporting any mission or inoperative safety equipment.
• Warning or ejecting unlawful trespassers and addressing safety issues with guests and staff.
• Securing all areas and doors as per specified schedules.
• Maintaining a friendly and attentive demeanor during all guest interactions.
• Responding to guest needs and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Exhibiting professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Supporting management with the Company Safety Program.
• Working in a safe and conscientious manner while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assisting and monitoring staff needs throughout your shift.
