Provides general administrative support in Administration Department, Human Resources and other departments as needed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Performs general administrative duties including preparing and following up on correspondence, requests, schedules and reports; legal documents; confidentiality agreements; expense reports; memos and other similar documents; processing mail and circulating industry information as received.
May answer, screen and direct telephone calls to Department members.
May arrange for/coordinate off-site travel or meetings.
May maintain copier and printer and order respective supplies and maintenance.
Assist with onboarding of new employees as needed.
Order and stock supplies; maintain inventory and cost control.
Assist in coordination of quarterly meetings and offsite events.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned by Manager.
Education & Experience
High school graduate or equivalent
At least two years administrative support
Skills & Abilities
Ability to review and interpret information in order to perform duties.
Ability to use word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and/or graphics software for desktop publishing, intermediate internal and external communications, creation of reports and data input.
Knowledge of Business English and related correspondence formats.
Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once without compromising quality of work or missing deadlines.
Ability to work within team environment.
Ability to solve problems.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Computer proficiency, knowledge of Windows or comparable computer software desirable.
Ability to code and process invoices.
Concur and JDE experience preferred
