Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and retail patrons by carrying out security procedures, location-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or policy concerns; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with on-site management and/or local responders when needed; Monitor access points and common-area activity, verify credentials or authorizations when required, and provide directions and assistance to visitors; Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
