Floor & Decor - - Responsibilities: Direct the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper manning in order to ship and receive products; Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control; Monitor warehouse safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace and ensure OSHA compliance; Ensure all associates are trained and following standard operating procedures; Coordinate with other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations
