We are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our dynamic team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a tipped position If you have a passion for cooking delicious dishes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in high volume restaurants as a Line Cook
• Proficiency in preparing and cooking items efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented with high quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
