Monster Beverage - 1 Monster Way - Responsibilities: Support facilities management and oversee the facility in the areas of facilities maintenance, day-to-day operations, building condition, general upkeep, janitorial, housekeeping; Monitor all building conditions, ensure facility is inspection ready at all times, and all repairs and improvements are made in a timely and proficient manner; Manage the shuttle program and drivers, fill-in as alternate driver as necessary; Ability to drive a forklift and assist office services as necessary; Manage employees and vendors by assigning duties and overseeing the work of contractors to ensure facilities maintenance needs are met (electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, ventilation, roofing, security, etc.)
