PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities: Execute all Club Services such as Re-gripping, Re-shafting, Loft & Lie measurements / adjustments; Execute Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons; Maintain Front-End and Services merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience; Assess and diagnose issues with golf clubs, including shafts, grips, and heads to determine necessary repairs; Document repair orders, track work progress, and maintain accurate records of services performed for Customer reference
