PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities: Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors; Execute all Club Services such as Re-gripping, Re-shafting, Loft & Lie measurements / adjustments, etc.; Execute all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.; Provide exceptional Customer service by communicating repair options, costs, and timelines clearly to Customers; Document repair orders, track work progress, and maintain accurate records of services performed for Customer reference through the Golf & Tennis Services App
