Merrill Gardens - 17200 Goldenwest Street - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (Chart by exception); Assist with care needs and monitoring as assigned; Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies and procedures
