Looking for a hands‑on Manufacturing Composites Engineer who can support production while interfacing directly with customers. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and representing engineering capabilities in a polished, professional way.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers
• Support design reviews, manufacturability discussions, and build updates
• Develop composite manufacturing processes (layup, cure, trimming, bonding)
• Create work instructions and process documentation
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements
• Support tooling alignment, CNC trimming requirements, and inspection reviews

What You Bring

• 5–10 years of aerospace composite manufacturing experience (THIS IS NEEDED)
• Strong knowledge of prepreg, cure cycles, materials, and tooling
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and GD&T
• Strong communication skills with comfort in customer‑facing settings
• Hands‑on, solutions‑focused engineering mindset

Nice to Have

• CNC trimming or tooling experience
• Exposure to aerospace/defense programs
• Continuous improvement or LEAN experience
