Construction Laborer II (Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm)

Description:
Maintains an organized and stocked tool cart/bag. Requests for and/or replenishes materials and supplies as necessary. Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and wears protective equipment as required. Tracks assigned construction projects/tasks and ensures completion in a timely manner while adhering to operational standards. Communicates progress to project manager and/or supervisor. Proactively performs construction projects/tasks, and identifies efficient methods to complete projects/tasks. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management
Essential Functions
Performs construction tasks including, but not limited to:
- Drywall: Up to level 5 finish.
- Framing: Frames from a set of plans, and identifies quantity take off on a project.
- Flooring: Repairs and handles entire flooring projects, including floor preparation, installation and finish work.
- Doors/Windows: Installs framed doors and windows. Identifies and fixes door/window issues.
- Painting: Paint with attention to detail with little to no rework.
- T-bar: Install T-bar ceilings, and has knowledge of ceiling grid terminology and codes.
Education and Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education level.
Minimum four (4) years of construction or related experience.

- Ability to work with various supervisors, managers, and employees to ensure project goals are met.
- Ability to maintain punctual attendance, including the ability to work outside of scheduled work shift when necessary.
Pay Range: $23.14-$27.00/hr
