Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and the building perimeter; Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and visitor management processes; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site management and/or emergency services when appropriate; Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate post instructions during shift transitions, and support building operations with security-related requests as needed
