Protos Security - Cardiff - Responsibilities: Maintain a high-visibility presence throughout retail areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity.; Conduct routine foot patrols inside and around the store or shopping center to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.; Respond to incidents involving theft, trespassing, or disturbances in a professional and appropriate manner.; Communicate regularly with store employees, property management, and other on-site personnel to exchange updates and receive direction.; Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
