Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate concerns through the appropriate reporting channels; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout an automotive location, including buildings, parking areas, shipping and receiving areas, and the perimeter, as assigned; Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying identification or visitor credentials when required, and directing visitors, drivers, and employees according to site procedures; Complete accurate documentation such as daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
