To provide accounting, administrative and clerical support to the organization.
Duties and responsibilities.
Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets
Matches Packing Slips to Invoices by receiving, processing, verifying, and attaching to the invoices
Data Entry such as entering Purchase Orders and other accounting documents
Verifying entries and comparing to system entries
Addressing notes and discrepancies noted on packing slips
Maintains historical records by scanning, downloading and filing documents
Protects organization's value by keeping confidential information
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Maintain detailed and organized files and record
Check the accuracy of invoices. Data entry as accurate as possible.
Entering Credit Card receipts by receiving, processing, verifying, and entering
Verifying entries and comparing to system entries, Verifying job coding and GL coding
Reconciling credit card statements to credit card entries
Communicating with credit card holders
Addressing notes and discrepancies noted on receipts
Maintains historical records by scanning, downloading and filing documents
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
