Summary

The Seal layup personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on how to run machinery that pertains to Rubber & or Fabric Seal Molding.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Operation of jobs are assigned by the production scheduler and or molding foreman.
• 1+ years with hand layup experience
• Handles raw materials (silicones, adhesives, fabrics etc.)
• Assembling raw materials on to tooling.
• Understanding of how to read and comprehend work orders.
• Following work order instructions
• Detailed hand manufacturing Notify their immediate supervisor of any excessive scrap and or problems with the jobs that they have been assigned.
• Input daily production data into ERP system
• Maintain production rates and efficiencies consistent with the company goals and requirements.
• Visual in process inspection to verify product and sign off
• Maintain proper part identification and traceability.
• Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficiencies exist on opportunity improvements.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
