Do you love the idea of combining logistics, inventory strategy, and sales support - all in one role?We have an exciting opportunity at the Restaurant Support Center for a Beer Sales & Logistics Coordinator!In this role, you'll report directly to our Senior Manager of Production Planning & Logistics and play a key part in supporting:* BJ's beer and soda inventory management* Shipping and distribution logistics* Restaurant support to help optimize beer sales performanceThis is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of our brewery operations, partner cross-functionally, and make a real impact on one of the most unique parts of the BJ's brand.If you're passionate about logistics, love our brewery story, and want to grow your career in a fun, fast-paced space - we'd love to see you apply!ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Contribute* Monitor BJ's beer and soda inventories through VIP and send weekly recap to team:* Compile weekly distributor inventories through VIP.* Identify potential shortages by distributor.* Transportation management system:* Post BJ's loads and keep loads updated.* Set up all new items in system.* Request and follow up on recovery deliveries for restaurants as needed.* Respond to switchboards related to BJ's beer/soda supply issues.* Monitor BJ's beer, soda and empty keg inventories:* Compile weekly distributor inventories through VIP.* Weekly/bi-weekly check-ins with warehouse managers at our distributors.* Keep empty keg spreadsheet up to date.* Assist Licensing with brand registrations and label approvals for all breweries.* Audit beer menus to ensure seasonal beers and guest beers are listed and updated.* Coordinate monthly RSC taste panels and at team meetings.* Inventory management and shipment of all beer supplies:* Fill shipping requests and charge restaurants in line with current guidelines.* Shipping & recycling reports* Department invoice processing* Assist with ASCEND Conference:* Coordinate and support Gold Standard Beer seminar by creating kits and purchasing all supplies.* Beer Complaint Line:* Respond to guests.* Track and report out to Brewing Operations team trends and surges in complaints.QualificationsWhat You'll Bring* Microsoft Office* Strong Organizational Skills* Deadline driven and goal oriented* Multi-tasking and prioritization skills* Strong writing and communication skills* Understanding of BJ's internal organizational structure (brewery operations, logistics, marketing, finance, supply chain, culinary and restaurant operations)* Knowledge of the craft beer market and passion for craft beer are a plus* Team player* Proven and consistent performer* Flexibility with work hours and availabilitySalary RangeUSD $Dollar - $28-33 /hrly plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role.
