Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by receiving and triaging calls for service, answering non-emergency inquiries, and directing patients, visitors, and staff to appropriate resources within the healthcare location; Monitor CCTV, alarms, fire panels, duress systems, and/or other security-related technology; dispatch officers and/or appropriate responders according to site-specific procedures; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with clinical teams, facilities, and local emergency services as required; Maintain accurate security-related documentation including incident reports, dispatch logs, key and badge activity, and shift pass-down information; Support access control and visitor management by verifying credentials, coordinating after-hours entry, and communicating policy guidance to staff, patients, and visitors
