The Project Specialist is a shared resource within HR Strategy & Technology, reporting to the HR PMO Director. This role provides project, operational, analytical, and administrative support across multiple HR and technology initiatives and leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data, confident leveraging technology (including emerging AI-enabled tools), and able to independently translate ambiguous direction into structured high-quality deliverables.
Provide project and operational support on initiatives as assigned across the Strategy & Technology team
Create and refine executive-ready presentations and project materials
Coordinate meetings, complex scheduling, and follow-up to ensure priorities move forward
Manipulate, analyze, and interpret data using Excel, and present findings in a clear, concise way that supports decision-making
Organize documentation and convert strategic discussions into clear next steps and deliverables
Assist with documentation, policy updates, and audit requests
Coordinate logistics for on-site meetings, travel, and team events
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, analytics, HR support, or a related corporate function
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or leaders in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience working with data, reports, or documentation requiring a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential, or HR-related information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to build executive-level materials from rough input
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, with ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, and operate effectively with evolving or ambiguous direction
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Confidence experimenting with new technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action
Detects situations that may cause risk to the project and its completion and escalates these issues to other team members
Errors may cause minor project delays and/or missed project deadlines
Works under general direction
Uses expertise of more senior level team members and leverages additional resources to confirm solution or explore customized applications as a solution
Provides input to and achieves set objectives

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually
