Job Description
Helpmate Staffing is seeking dependable Manufacturing Packers in Cypress, CA to work a two week project. This role involves preparing, packaging, and labeling products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy. The ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (4/10 schedule)
Pay rate: $16:90/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Pack products according to company standards and customer requirements
- Inspect items for quality and report any defects or issues
- Label packages and complete documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Previous packing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Able to work the full 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM)
