As a Prep Cook, you will be instrumental in preparing ingredients and supporting our chefs to create outstanding dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
• Portion and package ingredients for use during service.
• Assist in the preparation of sauces, marinades, and other basic components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Store food items properly to avoid spoilage and cross-contamination.
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
• Support the culinary team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
