Job Details Job Details: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury insurance defense, with a particular emphasis on products liability and professional liability. This role requires a deep understanding of civil litigation, legal research, and mediation, with a proven track record in litigation defense. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury insurance defense, with a strong emphasis on products liability and professional liability. 2. Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution, or equivalent. 3. Proficient in civil litigation, legal research, and mediation. 4. Demonstrated experience in litigation defense.
