Brookdale Senior Living - 10200 West Chapman Avenue - Responsibilities: Keep the communities running in top-notch condition by maintaining interior and exterior of buildings and grounds; Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment; Respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents; Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other governing authorities; Follow current federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
