Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor direction and wayfinding, and help to enforce posted rules and policies in a respectful manner; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and promptly notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Complete required documentation such as incident reports, shift logs, and patrol activity records, and communicate updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts
