We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Custodian to help maintain a clean and orderly environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping the building and property in pristine condition.
• Performing routine maintenance and heavy cleaning duties.
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Gathering and emptying trash to maintain a tidy workspace.
• Sanitizing and supplying restroom facilities for optimal hygiene.
• Dusting furniture, walls, and equipment to create a clean atmosphere.
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaners and techniques.
• Preparing cleaning solutions and chemicals based on instructions.
• Adhering to safety protocols when using chemical cleaners and machinery to protect floors and fixtures.
• Cleaning and polishing various fixtures and furniture items.
• Shampooing or steam-cleaning carpets and rugs when necessary.
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Driving vehicles as needed to perform cleaning tasks, including vans or industrial vacuum cleaners.
• Communicating with management regarding necessary repairs or improvements to the building's systems.
