Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

MINIMUM 1-3 YEARS OF RECENT INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to fill an immediate opening at a manufacturing facility in [City, State].

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5am -3:30pm & Friday- Saturday 5am -1:30pm , with OT as required

Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:

• 1-3 years of experience repairing and/or maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical industrial equipment or related machinery.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be a US Citizen or US Person in compliance with ITAR regulations.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in industrial environments for up to 8-10 hours.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Must have strong attendance and be able to work overtime as required.
• Prior experience in roles such as Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Facilities Maintenance Technician, Equipment Repair Technician, or Maintenance Electrician is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Mechanic:

• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on industrial equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery under supervision
• Examine, adjust, repair, and maintain machines and facility equipment
• Assist with repair and upkeep of machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, and facility systems
• Conceptualize, fabricate, and develop equipment or intricate systems as needed
• Maintain an organized, lean, and safe work environment
• Report equipment issues and complete assigned maintenance tasks to meet production deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager
