Executive Assistant

Assist the Executive Assistant in a variety of tasks and projects including, but not limited to, messages, calendar items, meetings, reports, spreadsheets, memos, letters, research and various projects. Assist Risk Management on various tasks and projects associated with insurance and employee benefits including, but not limited to, Insurance reports, summaries, healthcare reports and flyers. Assist the corporate office in general tasks including, but not limited to, greeting corporate guests, handle main line, order and maintain office supplies and coordinate office vendors.

Essential Requirements And Abilities:

  1. English reading, English communication, and math skills sufficient to perform the job duties required.
  2. Daily attendance with overtime as assigned on a regular and consistent basis.
  3. Uses personal computer to prepare documents and reports as required. Ability to work on a VDT utilizing a variety of programs and systems.
  4. Works cooperatively and courteously with a diverse population of co-workers and customers. Clearly and effectively communicates with diverse work group; handles frustration, anger and pressure without internalizing.
  5. Accurately works in an enclosed area with moderate but consistent amount of background noise and interruption.
  6. Ability to stay on task to insure timely and accurate completion of duties.
  7. Extensive sitting at a work desk (up to eight consecutive hours).
  8. Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
