The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting daily administrative and office operations. This individual should have strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly
Maintain front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
Manage conference room scheduling and office calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and office activities
Support office operations, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
