Role Description

This is a full?time role for an Assistant, located on?site in Irvine, CA. The Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the dental team by preparing treatment rooms, ensuring equipment sterilization, managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and facilitating clear communication with patients regarding their dental care. Additional responsibilities may include assisting during procedures, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• Experience with preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, sterilization techniques, and inventory management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive patient experience and effective team collaboration
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and patient records management systems is a plus
• Certification or relevant training as a dental assistant is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to a fast?paced environment and maintain professionalism
