Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide hands-on care and emotional support as outlined in each resident's ISP; Observe, report, and document symptoms and changes in residents conditions; Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and Encourage/Assist (IEA) residents to participate in ISP activities; Respond promptly to security system and resident call bells and ensure safety; Maintain housekeeping and dining services to ensure a clean and pleasant environment
