Responsibilities Include:

• Operating dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment efficiently.
• Maintaining a sanitary environment in all food prep and service areas.
• Emptying garbage and ensuring trash areas are tidy.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to uphold high hygiene standards.
