Location/Division Specific Information:

This position is for our Chino, CA location.

How Will You Make an Impact?:

In this function you will serve as a Material Handler II. You will be responsible for scanning, sorting, and organizing orders to the correct locations for distribution to the customer. This role involves the use of heavy equipment to aid in the movement and loading of materials. The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is important. The desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly is necessary. Must have the ability to read and write in English.

A Day in the Life:

A typical day involves sorting, scanning, packing, and moving materials to the proper area for transport. There are a number of different processes that you will be trained on in order to fulfill customer orders in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required: Minimum of 6 months of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field

Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

RF Scanners

Forklift/Electric Pallet Jack/Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack

Experience Packing/Loading/Sorting in Warehouse/Distribution Center Setting

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required

Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $18.00-$20.55.
