Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and production equipment. This position is responsible for:

1. Troubleshooting and diagnostics: Identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and facilities, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
2. Preventive maintenance: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to minimize downtime.
3. Repairs and modifications: Conducting repairs on machinery and equipment, as well as making modifications or upgrades to enhance performance and safety.
4. Compliance and safety: Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including GMPs and SOPs, to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment performance and compliance.
6. Collaboration: Working closely with production teams and other maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly and support production goals.
7. Training and development: Continuously updating skills and knowledge related to new technologies, equipment, and maintenance practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Pay range $35.05 per hour. Swing and graveyard wage differentials.
